Thoughts + Before & After:
The freezing cold is taking a toll on my hands, you can see that that they're VERY dry. The Skin MD lotion is light weight but very hydrating and absorbs easily. The texture is smooth and non-sticky.
What really got me was seeing the lotion workin' it on my eczema! I have a mild case of chronic eczema on my arm and its been keeping it at bay. This is great since steroid creams can be so harmful.
Rating: 4 out of 5
Tip: you can order a $1 sample from the Skin MD site if you can't get to a tester bottle at a store, see here

ReplyDeleteGreat before and after pics M. I like the fact that it works on eczema too :)
ReplyDeleteWow, I gotta check this out. BTW, thank you so much for posting the info about the sample sale. I went yesterday and picked up some great stuff!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds great! I have super dry skin on my body, which is weird cuz my face is an oil slick! LOL! I like the St. Ives Whipped silk lotion for my hands, but my HG hand creme is the L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand creme!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds good, I have eczema too and my skin can get really dry and irritated in the winter!
ReplyDeleteThere's another one of these shielding lotions called "Gloves in a bottle" which I was looking into before. Don't know how that compares to this.
oooh this lotion sounds pretty awesome! my current lotion thick and doesn't absorb well, but this sounds just about right for me :) thanks for the review!
ReplyDelete@DiWiMakeup that's awesome! ;D
ReplyDelete@Hels cooler weather can be hell for eczema! I'm thankful that this has been keeping my eczema in check
ReplyDeleteI have never tried this cream, but it sounds really nice- I may give it a try. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI suggest trying Spectro eczema care intense hydration cream (it is steroid free, and sold at drugstores). It is fabulous for dry hands, mild eczema and any other areas with dry skin! It is non-oily and hasn't caused me to break out.
