MAC lipstick in Russian Red (Retails for $14) is a beautiful matte blue red suitable for all skin tones.
I love the shade not so much the texture. Its very drying so I applied lip balm ahead of time and used MAC lip erase as the base. The color pay off is excellent and lasts a long time. Tips: Applying red lipstick can get messy, try filling the lips from the middle and working your way to the edges.
