Yesterday was the first day of the L'oreal Friends and Family sale, I stopped by to have a lookie and picked up some goodies. For sale specifics please refer my post on it here.
Brands on the flyer were all present with stock varying from name to name. Everything was presented like the image above. The selection was limited but they had a large stock on each item available, I have the breakdown by brand below...
Shu Uemura: lots of lipsticks, few lip glosses, limited eyeshadows, blusher bronzer duos, brushes and brush sets, foundation (cream and fluid), and some skin care
Kiehl's: Mostly lotions, toners, soaps, lipglosses, and Mask.
Giorgio Armani Beauty: Just one item, Face Fabric foundation in #1, #2, #3, and #5 (#1 was sold out by the time I was leaving)
YSL Beauty: Just one item, a very old eyeshadow palette you can see below for a picture reference
Lancome: Mostly lipsticks, some face powders, an eyeshadow palette, and one bronzer
I didn't really focus on the Vichy and La Roche Posay tables or have a look at the fragrances.
People flooded the Shu Uemura table, you need ninja abilities or maybe just some elbowing skills to get through.
Sadly this old eyeshadow palette was the only YSL item there, sniff.
Now if you do plan on going to the sale do bundle up! There can be a wait outside depending on the time. You'll need lots of patience to dig through boxes and from being pushed around. Do double check the prices at the register, sometimes its different from what they labeled.
I went with no expectations and came out a happy shopper :)

ReplyDeletenice haul. damn they said the shu phyto was 40 bucks, that's why we all threw it back into the box. now its 20?! boo! they really are disorganized.
