I usually wear falsies that give your eyes a little bit more oomph but appear natural at the same time. I was trying out a pair of falsies from The Face Shop and had a WOAH moment...
Exhibit A: From the front the lashes look batty and makes your eyes stand out
Exhibit B: From the side they don't even look like lashes and extends out too much. Even if you wear these for a dramatic look they appear awkward. I tried curling them up but it didn't help much.
Lesson learned? check your lashes from all angles before heading out

ReplyDeleteI've tried those a couple times just because FACE SHOP Lashes are cheap(er). But yeah, alittle too much for me...its like cartoon style but too noticeable. I've been trying to find good natural looking ones!

hrmmm... I have to agree that it's just too long in length and what's the use if they don't even curl properly~~~ I have some face shop lashes too but I haven't tried them... so now I'm worried ahahhaahah

I love Faceshop lashes!! I only wear them for going out at night. They are tricky to curl.
