About: Dior's DiorSnow line is usually a asia exclusive but its being sold now at select department stores across the nation as well as online. This review is for the moisturizer from the range, creme eclaircissante / white reveal creme.
Price: $85 for 1.7 oz, packaging comes with spatula applicator
Usage Period: 6 Weeks
Thoughts: This moisturizer is described as lush and weightless on the product site and it sure is. The DiorSnow range is suppose to be a whitening line, I think the term whitening should be changed to brightening. The products doesn't really make you whiter per se but does brighten your skin as well as make it appear more radiant. The cream does lighten acne scars over a period of time. The texture is luxuriously smooth and its as much hydrating as it is moisturizing. The cream is multi purposeful, good for both day time and night time usage
Rating: 4 out of 5
Tips:
- Moisturizer does not contain SPF, for those of you that needs it you'll need to apply it separately
- Cream is recommended for all except for those with excessive dry skin, I don't think it's rich enough for that.
If you're in New York City, Saks carries the line in store

XOXO, M
I'm currently in love with the White Reveal Essence from the same line. I was thinking of whether or not to get this one as I got a sample of it when I bought the essence, but since you say its good, there is more reason to get it, haha =D

I wish whitening/brightening products were more widely available in the USA. At least this is available online and in NYC. Thanks for the info!
ReplyDeleteI don't think they sell this here because we're so into tanning :P haha! But I'm glad this one isn't RICH.. their hydraction one broke me out since it was too rich! I was kind've upset.. but it's all clear now :)

I love Diorsnow! You're right about calling it a brightening cream instead and it really does make pimple scars fade over time...

ReplyDeleteIt looks like a great moisturizer!! I'll check it out when I'm at a Dior counter =D
