1. Eat Well
It sounds cliche but you are what you eat. I love eating fried and spicy foods, both of which makes my skin pay for it afterwards. Eating more veggies, fruits, and drinking more water helps.
2. Sleep Well
Try sleeping 8-9 continuously every night, it helps drastically. I used to sleep 5-6 hours a night and would get cystic acne all the time.
3. Be Diligent With Skin Care
Set aside some time to massage in your skin care products. I used to be lazy, smearing toners and cream on my face and running out the house. You pay good money for these skin care items, make good use of it.
4. Skin Awareness
Understanding your own skin and how it reacts to products. I have sensitive combination skin with a oily T-zone. I usually do my research before buying a product, just because its expensive doesn't mean its good or good for your skin type.
5. Less Makeup
I love color cosmetics but many are packed with chemicals and may irritate you skin. Let your skin rest when its experiencing an outbreak, don't try to cover it up with more makeup. Make sure to thoroughly clean your skin every night and don't go to bed with makeup on.
Skin improvements are gradual and it'll take some time to see noticeable changes, don't give up if you don't see immediate changes. Should your skin flare up stop what you're using immediately. I hope this was helpful

Great advice M! Just wish I could make time for more sleep and I don't eat well! LOL!! I'm too much of a fatty! ;)
I think I oversleep now like 11 hrs lol
These are really great tips - now if only I could manage to keep them! I've been running on so much stress and sleep deprivation lately I've gotten myself into the biggest cystic breakout of my life. Ugh. ;______;
Sleep well, you mean sleep normally? lol. We're all night animals. How is your goal of trying to sleep early?
I'm still sleeping at like 5-6 AM every morning =___= I need to be more self control, haha.
Thanks for the tips =)
thanks for the tips mona! i know eating well and sleeping are important but its hard to sleep early when you get older. i heard that you have to sleep before 10pm so your body and fully rest! anything after that is bad :(
nice info! it's always hard to eat well cause i love eating fried and spicy foods too...
Those are some great advice Mona! I love fried and spicy food too :( I guess moderation is the key! and sleep is so important, speaking of which, I really need to kick out of this habit of being a night owl and get some beauty sleep! :p
great tips!!!
i've been trying to work on the sleeping 8 hours tip. i did really well for about 2 weeks, but after awhile it's gotten down to 6hours, 7 if i'm lucky. who knew it would be so difficult to get to bed early!?!
Aww I love fried and spicy foods too! Hehe. Thank you for the tips, I'll try to get more sleep but these days with school, I hardly can. :(
i think sleep is really important... drink more water is really important too :)
i agree.. heavy foundations and what not always give me spots. tat's why i steer clear of them..
great tips!! i'm yet another one that needs to work on the whole sleeping thing...just like now it's after 4 am and I'm still up lol.
Thanks for the tips and advice M! I wish I could sleep better though T_T if only school work wasn't in the way >_<
xxx
so true, I believe in you for sleeping more and lesser makeup!
I can never help myself when it comes to food, fried and spicy always tastes so yummy. But you're rite, the skin pays for it. :(
Good tips. Women should not worry about covering blemishes or even breakouts too much. It heals better, and it's obsessive to have perfect skin.
Excellent tips girl, I couldn't agree more! :)
xoxoxo
heheh thanks for the tips! i barely eat fruits T_T
and i love love love spicey food waha
great tips!! yeah, I probably don't get enough sleep these days and still in search of my best skin care yet. I'm kind of starting to be a little skincare obsessed hahaha... all for better skin!!

Great tips Mona! Gah... I so bad at drinking water and eating veggies... But I am working on it haha
This is such good advice! People don't realize how important sleep is! I always yell at my bf to get more sleep to help his skin.
I read sleeping 6-7 hours is normal and sleeping over 8 hours can actually shorten your life span.
I do believe that the eating part is a huge part of good skin care. As well as drinking water! I hate water, which is probably why my skin isnt as nice as it should be.
Thanks for the tips, how are you liking the white lucent range? I used to use that really enjoyed it but except the alcohol smell bit :)
Skin care!!!!! Great tips! What I love doing best...eat, sleep, and drink! haha Might I add one more? Sun protection!
Love you! *mwah*
@Marie you should sleep more when you're young and as you age you'll naturally start sleeping less. you won't shorten your life span by sleeping more
