I visited Hong Kong for the first time on this trip, shocking considering the number of times I've been in asia. It was hot but significantly better than Shanghai. Hong Kong = food heaven, everything I ate was delicious.
Stores are open late in HK, right up my alley as I'm a night owl
A simple cha siew and chicken over rice from a local chain but it was really good!
On my second day, I met up with Miss.Friendz of FriendzCentury and Yumeko for dim sum
penguin shaped dim sum, very good
marshmallow bunnies!!
We went to have these yummy mango drinks! cheering to yasumi, pic stolen from missfriendz :)
and I stole another pic from her, we bought these facial sponges at bonjour, cleared out the store :)
Afterwards miss.friendz had to go to a family dinner so me and yumeko went to IFC in Central for dinner. We were both starving cause none of us took a pics of the food. Here's our combined haul though haha
pics of our dessert!
uhhh yeah the flash killed it.
Miss.Friendz gave me a bunch of goodies, the cakes I ate already =X
I love the headband!
THANK YOU!
Thank you ladies for spending time with me! It was loads of fun and it needs to happen again. I want to go back to asia asap! xoxo
oh I bought my very first lunasol palette. orange gradation from the blooming eyes line. Miss.Friendz bought the same one! Yumeko was the official SA, anything she pointed at we wanted haha
The remaining days in HK I spent with my Uncle. He took me around the city and fed me well haha. I was suppose to meet up with my friend but the typhoon got in the way =(
Wonton fisball noodle soup, omg this was heaven
the best cha siew I've ever had, I can't get enough of this stuff!!
we went to the prince edwards stop and walked around till mongkok
HK is ridiculously crowded
I have no idea what kind of banana these were but they were big but not very sweet
A typhoon hit HK while I was there so I had to stay in that night. This was my survival food...
and this was my survival kit...
not sure how the skinfood peach and sake stuff is suppose to save me?
got a box of the 7 day my beauty diary mask pack and eye masks
the next day when the weather cleared up a bit my uncle took me to Victoria Peak
the view of HK was GORGEOUS
a neat chess set!
my uncle thought i needed more mcdonalds lol. got me a McTasty? it was NOT tasty though ;(
and one last purchase... lashes!
I left for Taipei the day after
very nice pictures. the skyscrapers are amazing and the food looks absolutely delicious. those little penguins and bunnys are so cute.
